When you use the contact form, email us or contact us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, company details and a description of the process you want to discuss.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your request, reply to you and discuss a possible engagement. We do not ask you to send passwords, confidential business records or personal data about other people through the website form.

Services used by this website

The contact form uses FormSubmit to deliver your message by email. The website is hosted on Vercel. Vimeo is contacted only when you choose to play an embedded video. WhatsApp and email links open the relevant third-party service or application. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep enquiry information

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed to reply, manage a possible engagement, maintain business records or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about your enquiry, request a correction or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it.
